Brazillian Jiu Jitsu has exploded in popularity over the last few years and this week we sat down with one of the world's best competitors.
Darragh O'Conaill is Ireland's youngest black belt in BJJ and one of the most decorated practitioners of martial arts on the island. We spoke to Darragh about his start in BJJ, how the sport as developed and how he has grown with it. From starting out twice a week in Dublin, to training full time and running his own academy, East Coast Jiu Jitsu.
Darragh spoke to us about competing at the World Championships, European Championships and coaching the new wave of Irish hopefuls ready to take to the mats around the globe.
All of this and we hear about Lindsey's prep for her MMA debut, Ireland are going to the Euros and the lads talk a bit of UFC 193.

We've embraced technology this week as the lads go mad for a bit of skype.
We talk about the atrocities in Paris, UFC 193, Lindsey's MMA debut, Mero's basketball blues and all of this before we even get onto our guest!
From playing a vital part in the rehabilitation of James Joyce into Irish society, Senator Norris was also one of the key figures in two of the biggest referenda in the history of the Irish Republic. The defeat of the motion to abolish the Senate and the history making success story behind the Marriage Equality referendum.
We spoke to the Senator about his love of Joyce, his love of jazz and classical music. Born in the Belgian Congo, David tells us about his family tree and his famous ancestors including Earls, Pawnbrokers and Drunken Soldiers. We also hear his opinion on the West's interference in the Middle East as well as a story about a meeting with Sadam Hussein's foreign minister.
From bringing the Irish State through the courts to legalize homosexuality all the way to seeing the Irish people make history by legalizing same sex marriage by popular vote - David Norris has seen Ireland grow, evolve and adapt and he told us all about his life in the process.
