Shauna Bannon is one of Ireland's leading athletes and kickboxers. With over 20 national titles and multiple European titles, Shauna marked 2017 by being crowned a double WAKO world champion and female fighter of this year's WAKO world championships. 

Shauna joined us to talk kickboxing, life as an elite athlete and her decision - having conquered kickboxing - to take on the world of Taekwondo and represent Ireland at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
